Return policy
Returns are only accepted with an RA number on items that have not been worn, altered AND with all tags attached. You may return merchandise by mail within 10 days of receipt of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Only items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges.
In the event that you receive a defective product, you will be given 5 days after receiving your package to notify us of the defect for it to be eligible for return or exchange. If you do not notify us of the product defect within this 5 day period it will be up to our discretion as to whether or not the item will be accepted for return or exchange.

International Exchanges: International orders exchanges are subject to secondary shipping charges.

Items bought during a promotion
If exchanging an item bought during a promotion for another size or color of the same style you will be charged for the difference. If exchanging an item bought during a promotion for a different style, the promotional discount will no longer apply.

How to make a return/exchange
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package, if possible. When sending the package, please include the RA number, invoice or a copy of the invoice with your return/exchange request, and send the package to the address below. We recommend that you insure the return package, as we are not responsible for packages not shipped by us.

Refunds
Please allow us two to three business days from the date of receiving your return to credit your account. The credited amount will take approximately two days to appear on your bank statement. We do not refund shipping charges.

Although we strive to keep sufficient stock of items offered on our site, hot items occasionally sell out. If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will notify you by telephone, or e-mail, and you will have the opportunity to change the item in question.
